All stairlifts will be installed by our expert engineers in a clean & tidy manner. Installation normally takes less than an hour with a minimum amount of disruption.

Customer safety is absolute priority.

There are 5 surfaces / edges that stop the stairlift in event of a collision with any obstruction on the stairway. These are located around the footrest, and on the top and bottom of the carriage.

For extra security and safety, Stairlifts can be fitted with an inertia reel lap harness or a static, 3-point, fixed over-shoulder harness.

Your stairlift will be thoroughly inspected prior to and after installation . We will always ensure you are absolutely happy with the operation of your stairlift at the time of installation. Before considering buying a stairlift you will want to know that there is someone you can call should things go wrong any time of day or night. As part of our service we employ a network of stairlift engineers all over the UK to provide you with an excellent call out service, normally within 24 hours , 365 days a year.
